The air your heating and cooling system moves through the house passes through the ducts first, and over the years they collect dust, pet hair, and debris. We clean the air vents in your package and, if you want it, the return vent or intake. We also clean dryer vents, where lint builds up and is a known fire risk. The furnace blower and coil, sanitizing, and odor removal are on our HVAC cleaning page, and you can book them in the same visit.

Air Duct Cleaning questions
How do I know how many air vents I have?
Count the vents that blow air out in each room, including bathrooms and hallways. Return vents, the larger grilles that pull air back in, are counted separately. Not sure? Send a photo of the vents in each room with your booking and we will count them for you.
What if I have more than 12 air vents?
Tell us how many when you book. Homes with more than 12 vents are priced for the size of the job, and we confirm the price before we start.
Do you clean dryer vents?
Yes, it is on the price list above. Lint builds up in the vent behind the dryer, which slows drying and is a known fire risk.
Can I add the furnace blower and coil, or sanitizing?
Yes. Those are on our HVAC cleaning page, and you can pick both services in the same booking.
