Every payment goes through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number.

Use the link we sent you
When your job is done, we text or email you a secure Stripe payment link for the balance. Open it, check the amount, and pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — no account or password needed. Your receipt arrives by email straight away.
Cannot find the link, or think the amount is wrong? Call or email us and we will sort it out or resend it.
How payment works
- When you get your quote. Nothing is charged when you send a request. Your quote comes with a link to pay a $50 deposit, which confirms your appointment and comes off your final price.
- When the work is done. We send a payment link for the balance once you are happy with the result.
- Rugs cleaned at our shop. Half is due at pickup and the balance when we deliver the rug back to you.
