About Steam & Sparkle
Cleaning tile, carpets, upholstery, rugs, mattresses, and hardwood floors for homes around Dallas, TX.
Our story
Steam & Sparkle is a local cleaning company serving homes across Dallas, TX. We clean the things that take the hardest wear in a house — tile and grout, carpet, couches, area rugs, mattresses, and hardwood floors — and we built the business around the parts of hiring a cleaner that people usually find frustrating.
That means prices you can read before you call, photos sent ahead so the quote matches what is actually in your home, and an arrival window we keep to. When we get there, we walk the job through with you first and tell you plainly what will come out and what will not, before anything gets wet.
We would rather earn a regular spot in your calendar than make one big sale. So we leave every room the way we found it, only tidier, and if something is not right afterwards, we come back and put it right.
Insurance and training
- We carry general liability insurance. Ask and we will send you the certificate.
- Certifications will be listed here as they are earned. We do not claim qualifications we do not hold.
How we work
Straight answers before we start
We tell you what we think will come out and what will not, before anything gets wet. An honest "that stain is permanent" at the door is worth more than an apology at the end.
The price you were quoted
Prices are on this site so you can read them without a phone call. If what we find differs from what was booked — more rooms, bigger pieces, a different fibre — we tell you and agree the change before we start, not after.
We turn work down
Some rugs and fabrics change permanently when they get wet. When we think that risk is real, we say so, and sometimes that means not taking the job.
We show up when we said
You get an arrival window, and if we are running behind, you hear it from us before you have to ask.
Ready when you are
Pick a service and a time that suits you, and book a fixed-price clean online.
